I just got home from seeing The Ring...

I swear by the time it was over I was in a ball barely looking over the seat in front of me....LOL

Oooooh! Great news! We're going today! I love scarey movies and I can't wait to see it! My DH said it won't be that scarey because it's rated PG-13, but the previews sure look impressive.
And, then next week is Ghost Ship!! I love the Halloween season!!!!

I saw it on Friday! I kept closing my eyes when she watched the video so it wouldn't kill me in 7 days! (that's true - that's how into scary movies I am!

I have heard nothing but good things about The Ring and I can't wait to see it! I plan to see Ghost Ship too. I have high hopes for this one because the critics hate it and that's definitely a good sign for a horror movie.

It does look like a very good movie from what I saw of the trailer. My DD (13) wanted to go see it, but she watched the trailer of it and was a little freaked out . . .when she got offline, the phone rang and she was in hysterics because she thinks she's gonna die in 7 days! It took me almost an hour to tell her its just a movie.

I just got back from seeing it again (my DS really wanted to see it). I was going to close my eyes periodically during the video again, but then I got to thinking... What if I closed them at the wrong time and wound up watching the parts that I didn't watch last time? Then I would have seen the whole thing (do you think it counts if you watch the whole thing, but on different days?), so I closed my eyes through the whole video this time.

And people think I'm crazy.

Sure, I bring the movie up a few weeks ago & no knew what I was talking about, but now everyone is all "ohh, yeah I wanna see that one!" LOL.


I have heard that it's really scary, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high. I remember when everyone said that Blair Witch was like ultra-major-pee-you-pants-scary...& I thought it was the lamest movie that had ever robbed me of 2 hours out of my life. I hope The Ring lives up to the hype.

Just got back
It was scary...but not to much (the horse part disturbed me the most).
Couple of jumps here and there.......some people left before it was really over (you know if you've seen it....seems it's over and then it goes on).
Nice to see a scary movie with no gore
