Hey Warriors!
I'm fine with posting miles monthly. I'd still like to post about daily runs just to keep me moving. I'll keep track of them.
So, my last workout was 4 miles on the 27th. It turns out I've spent a little over a year going far but really, really slowly. I'm trying to increase my speed now- soooo hard. I managed to average slightly under 10 minute miles on my 4 mile run. Again, soooo hard. But, I did it and maybe it will get easier!
Did I tell you that my baby is a little over 4 months old and I've finished a 5k, 10k, 15k, and a half since he was born? I have two halves, a 5k, a 10k, and another 15k I want to do in the next two months. I think I'm getting a little out of control... (not that this group is going to stop me- I think we're all just as bad!
