Walt's Warriors (Team 7) Miles and Hours

Hey aoo! Busy weekend and first part of teh week. Hope to catch up at lunch.

I did get in a >.4 mile swim (22 min), 13 mile bike (50 min) and 3.1 mile run (~40 min) Saturday adn 3.49 miles in 40 min run last night. So, my work outs have not slacked. SIgned up for a tri on Sept 6. With teh new bikes, we should be pretty well set.
 
Hi Warriors!

Got in about 3 miles last night about 45 minutes exactly with warm up and long cool down. It was W6D3 for me last night, I ran 25 minutes, no walk breaks! :woohoo: Covered just over 2 miles in that time! I am feeling good about being able to meet my goal of doing my RFTC 5K in october with no walk breaks! :yay:

Looks like everyone has been busy! Keep up the good work everyone! :yay:
 
My last two weeks

15 miles - 2 hours 30 miutes
18 miles - 3 hours

Barb yay for 3 more miles, you seem to stacking up the workouts this week! Hope school's been ok.

Tracy good work for the 4miles, i wouldn't worry about squeezing another work out in because you seem really prepared. I'll be thinking of you on sunday (may be a little green too!)

Jim now there's nothing better than going for a swim... and coming out alive! Well done!!!

tuesday 6 miles 1 hour
today 6.20 58 minutes.

Will try to post my walk for tomorrow if I remember before packing up and leaving, otherwise will give you that when I get back along with my time for the DL 1/2.

Roxy awesome workouts this week. I need some of your will power to stop taking walk breaks!!!

Popped out for 3.2 miles this morning, 28 mins and 10mins stretch. Will do another 10 stretch later as i'm starting to feel the difference and can now touch the middle of my shins in my mission to be able to touch my toes.... one day! :rotfl:

35 minutes last night, 2 miles, includes warm up/cool down/stretching.

Run was a total stonker. At least it's 2 more miles for the books.

Hi team! I have a lot of catch-up posting to do! We have been away and now we are leaving again tomorrow! Yikes!

Sunday = 3 mile run plus strength training = 90 minutes total
Monday = 4.5 mile run plus core plus tennis match = 3:10
Tuesday = 2 mile walk plus tennis match = 60 minutes
Wednesday = 4.8 mile run plus strength = 1:40
Thursday = 2 miles on the ellipitcal = 45 minutes

I wasn't able to do my long run today as scheduled and now I am off for 4 days...so I am just going to have to be really late with it and hope it is ok and doesn't affect my training too much.

Keep going Warriors! I am so proud to be part of this team. :goodvibes
 
I got up this morning and walked around at my Aunt's. Saw a beautiful park. NOt sure how far I walked. Did 30 min and put down 1 mile.

Sorry warriors i forgot to post week total. Squished in a 38min 4mile yesterday and 10min stretch before spending the whole day walking around a theme park over here.

week total: 17.94miles and 250 miles.

Just a 2mile walk today which took 40mins and am looking forward to double miles tomorrow! Roxy how amazing are you doing a 10mile before nike 10k!!!!! :woohoo:

We had to go out of town for a few days so we weren't able to post at all. So its time to catch up. Stacey and I both did:

8/24 - 4.03 miles 1:08
8/26 - 2.65 miles 50 min

we've been in the car pretty much since. Back to it tomorrow.
 
Good evening Warriors! I hope you are enjoying the weekend. Today I did 8 miles in 126:53 minutes.

My totals for last week were: 10.78 miles and 168:05 minutes. Carrie, this is through Friday. I need to look back and see how the end of the month totals work. Sorry to make it difficult for you.

Hey warriors,

did my nike + 10km this morning at the gym because of really heavy rain. Did 6.22 (don't know why it didn't stop me at 6.2!) miles in 56 mins. Followed by 10min stretching and a 30mins walk with mum after lunch (1.6miles).

Total with double event miles for today= 14.04 miles and 96mins :cool1:

I'm finally home from CA early this morning.

Miles for the race 13.10 in 3 hours 15min. Not my best time, but it works.

did the Nike 10k yesterday. Oh my gosh was it hot and all the people. WOW
Well I did manage to fall in the first mile picked myself up and went on. So I finished in 1:03 not my best time but cosidering the heat and really stopping at everywater stop not bad!!!
