Tracy :woohoo: for the DL 1/2 and a double :woohoo: :woohoo: for the medals. Total bling envy here.

My activity for the long weekend:

9/1 3 slow miles at the park with DD in the stroller. about 1 hour.

Have a good day everyone!

Morning all! Busy weekend ending in finding my catalytic converter had been cut off while in a car pool lotp while we were on vacation. Jsut another headache I really didn't need, but htings could be worse.

Ran 8 miles Saturday (1:32). Was happy with my pace. It was hot and my quads were gone due to the 30-mile bike, but pulled through ok. Yesterday, I walked 5 miles in about 1:30. An annual bridge walk I do with my afmily. Got some steps in while still taking it easy on my legs.

Off ot catch up now....

Roxy & Kate - COngrats on teh Human Race!

Tracy - Woo hoo!! COngrats at DL. I can't imagine how hot it as there. :O

Amy - Woo hoo on the 27 minute run without stopping!!!

Roxy- it was lovely 'running' with you and you did such a great job especially considering a fall. Hope your knees are ok.

Carrie- a 30mile bike then 8mile run!!! blimey fab effort.

Amy- what a great accomplishment 27 mins is fantastic.

Barb- great 3.8 miles, keep it up!

Went out with my running club again tonight, 5miles of speed intervals which took 60mins with a couple of catch up breaks. I made it just behind the fastest group again, despite a beast of a hill! 10mins stretch too :)

Hey Warriors-

I just realized I hadn't posted last weeks miles-- 12 miles total (although very slow).

My mom came over for the weekend for "baby alert" and we've walked 9 miles since Sunday. I'm trying to shake this baby out, but it's not working yet! Stubborn...

Going to go read the DL reports now!
