Walt's Warriors (Team 7) Miles and Hours

Once again I was away, so I haven't posted in several days, but I stuck to my exercise while away! WOO HOO

Thursday = 45 minutes of strength training. 0 miles
Friday = 4.5 mile run, 50 minutes
Saturday = off
Sunday = 5 miles plus core work out for 75 minutes total
Monday = 15 miles bike ride plus 30 minutes weight training, plus 90 minutes of tennis for a total of 3:10
Tuesday = 12 miles bike and a 7.5 mile run plus stretching, etc. Total time = 2:25

C25K yesterday 2.25 miles, 31.45. Felt HORRIBLE while doing it, but at least I did it. :)

Roxy - That surgery doesn't seem to have slowed you down a bit!

Jim - You are amazing. My little baby tri training seems so hard to me and I'm not fighting the heat or ocean waves. You rock!

I still have a ways to go but shoudl be able to post more results tomorrow. I have 2 more weeks entered.

Did 75 min of yoga last night. My body was very appreciative.

Today was 20 min in the pool. Non-training day for me.
Just did some laps, sprints, joggin in the ol watering hole.
 
I had to break my run today into a morning & afternoon segment, but I did a total of 7.0 mile in 68:27.

Cripes it is HUMID here right now!!! Even without the afternoon storms......

JimB: Hey fellow Floridian... heard it was supposed to be a bit drier towards the end of the week. Yeah for us, maybe my sweat will evaporate instead of leaving a lake behind me.
 
For the first time ever I did pilates tonight! 30 minutes!
 
I di 60 min on teh bike (~10 miles) and 15 min run (~1.25 mi) liast night. DOn't know for sure. Went to get Garmi from teh charger adn realized with all my messing with teh computer, lately, I had unplegged teh charge cord. DIdn't notice because I was able to upload all teh info. :sad2:

Rules I forgot: Mileaged raced counts double. MIleage can be anything that you can track teh miles of. Outdoor yardwork adn such can count as XT.
 
PT yesterday. 1.5 hrs and 4.5 miles on the bike for 30 min...Grand total is 2 hrs and 4.5 miles.

OK, the spreadsheet is up to date fro June at elast, although it crashed on me. Ugh, my luck with technology lately hs plumetted.

Ran out of time to post ethe updates here, though. The spradsheet ink is on teh first page.
 
21 mile bike ride in 1:12 this morning + 2 miles interval running this afternoon in 22:40


t - 74.17 run / 99.9 bike
 
1:45 total time today--

4 mile run followed by
13 mile bike ride (I did my own little duathalon today! :goodvibes )
plus a bit of strength training
 
I did 4 miles at Mount Trashmore.
Time 58min 55sec. Add 5min for warmup, was in a rush.
