Carrie- As I was reading your post about your 10 mile run, I was thinking to myself, "what are they training for?" I am so impressed it's a "keep in half shape" plan- I have to schedule something or I can't make myself do really long runs!

Amykab- the heat is killing me! On the bright side, we'll barely notice if it's hot at Disney in January. Sauna? Exactly. I grew up in West Texas where it was hot, but dry. This swampy heat is a whole different game.
Tigerlily- brave girl, walking after the rain! Were you in a sauna too?
Smileyk8- Good luck with the arm! I can't see the pictures, but something tells me I don't want to...
As for me, I went to the doctor and said I had a weird sinking spell. They think it was a combination of low blood pressure and low blood sugar. I asked the PA if I could keep exercising and she said to "do what I did before I got pregnant." Hello- that would mean I could do a 20 mile run today?! I think not! This was the best part-- she told me to
eat more. (All right, then she added "protein" which kind of killed the fun-- I was thinking ice cream and fries, not chicken...) Anyway, that was a first!
I'm going to try to get some miles in again now that I have the all clear!
