Jim- i love your posts. Promise you'll never stop your descriptions! Scenery hey

Fantastic running again.
Roxy- i'm so pleased you're feeling your feet again. I'm no doctor but you seem to be storming along with those runs, i hope you're taking care of yourself too.
Stacey- sorry to hear jeff's all worn out, that's no fun is it! Hopefully it'll be worth it tho. Good job getting a new pilates video and a cycle in too, very impressive. I'm always amazed people can do pilates without someone showing them what to do- that's such a great skill. Made me giggle you were being so supportive and forgot to post your workout
Stacie- please don't worry about a bad workout, i think we've all had them. I had one not long ago that i posted on here and panicked that i couldn't do my race, but you overcome tough runs. I tend to think runs depend on how you're thinking- if i'm determined i know i'll do it. Maybe think about your run for a bit before you do it or try to plan them so you feel mentally ready? I don't know, just guesses!
Carrie- i think packing shirts is def XT. It's certainly not resting is it! I hope you know how very much you're appreciated. I'm having a quick think about how long shipping would take to the UK, will PM you later when i've worked out which would be the best option!
Jen- i love that Harry is your coach, nothing will keep you going more than a child's laugh. It's so great you can run 'with' him and 3 miles in great time too.
Erika, great job on 4.1m and strength training too. You're so consistent it always staggers me.
I don't have anything for today, rest for me apart from early shift at work of course

I'm getting a bit annoyed with my arm again- it's swollen and bruised again all by itself and i have less sensation in my first finger and thumb. Mum's panicking that it'll hurt when we fly in just 24 sleeps

I'm hoping it will have gone back down by then.
