todaY 1.5 hours weight lifting + 6.4 miles in 1 hour running
Jim--you are such an inspiration! The amount of time and miles you put in each week is amazing!
My question is...how do you find the time? I am pressed when I go over an hour total (like I did today...running plus weights was 1:20). I am excited to train for the 1/2, but I honestly don't where the time is going to come from on those "long run" days. Any secrets to share?
Like you, my goal is to get to steady 10mm. I don't really think I ever need to go faster than that.

The big truck is coming to blow "snow" on a hill so the kids can sled (it's through our church, not something I came up with!) It's hysterical how excited they get! I'll try to take some pictures for your amusement.
) I wouldn't recommend that approach...

it is great to have you here!
