ok don't know if we are couting bike miles or not. Anyway I put in 1 hour on bike and finished at 12miles. Then did a 1 hour hydro-aqua class. Maybe I can run a few miles tonight.

Lily- How are things going for you over in Cleveland? I'm planning on coming over to run the Rite Aid Cleveland half marathon in May. I'm running it with my SiL, and it will be the Cool Aunt's first half marathon. She got inspired watching us all run at Disney in 2007. Would you be doing that race too?

Dave, I've never attended the Cleve event. I've heard it is a good event and well-run even with many participants. It seems since I've been intrigued in registering (the smaller event) that we are always on vaca.

Well, team it is going to be a no-snow day and actually temps a bit better. I going for a stroll so I won't feel as bad at the Super Bowl party today.

Today i did a 4.6 mile run in 44 mins
and 1.86 on cross trainer in 15 mins in the gym cos it's chilly and i'm a wimp!
total = 6.46 miles and 59 mins (should have kept going for an extra minute!)

I'm so impressed with you warriers- oh can we make a warrier dance

OK, my miles and times are a bit off, but I was walking with DD (8) each time, so we were kind of slow... I'll actually shorten my time a bit for these to make them more reasonable:

We were in a resort beach town about an hour away from home, so there were lots of distractions--

Sat: 2 miles in 30 minutes (subtracting a bathroom break and time spent buying a sweatshirt for "freezing" DD- sorry shoveling teammates, it was probably in the mid 50s!)

Sun: 9 miles in 2 hours or so (if you subtract the stop at the coffee shop, a late lunch, a visit to a toy store, a trip up the lighthouse, etc. )

I felt really silly with my Garmin, but I wanted an accurate record of my distance at least! I'm surprised I didn't kill the batteries...

Forgive me. I was away Friday adn Saturday and yesterday just got away with me. I did get in 5 miles in 56 min and 45 seconds. Actually got outside on a small section of bike path. Felt pretty good.

I will catch up tonight. Great job to everyone who's gettign in those workout!

Hey ya'll! We're back from WDW... We had a pretty successful trip w/ DH's parents and grandparents... We even got Dream Fastpasses!!! DH has gotten sucked into collecting Pins... Tink ones at that!

What day are we reporting our miles/times??? Here is what I have so far...

Friday: 2 mile walk around Animal Kingdom
Saturday: 1.75 mile walk around Hollywood Studios
Sunday: 1 mile around Epcot/Air Travel

No minutes as it was all pretty leisurely--aside from running from one fast pass machine to the next! It was definately enought to make me a little sore and tired!!!

I hope to XT tonight w/ some elliptical and biking.

Here's my Sunday workout - 20 minutes of interval/speed work on the treadmill (1.3 miles) 40 minutes of weight training - legs and abs. I'll report back later with tonight's totals.
