Walt's Birthday?

I think Walt Disney's birthday is Dec. 5. Is his birthday observed in the parks at all? Just wondering since we will be at the MK that day.

I was there in 2003, during Walt's Birthday, but we were in Epcot that day, and all I remember is Rita Moreno saying it was his birthday during the Candlelight Procession.
