But I just booked our next trip for Dec. I got email from Disney giving me my confirmation code and stuff but then I try to log into the WDW website it is not letting me see my reservations and anything, it just says there is “no reservation booked” I just booked yesterday so do I have to wait a few days for it to go through the system before I can see it on the website?

Just wondering if anyone else is having issues seeing their reservations. I want to start making some dinning reservations soon.


Since I am in Canada calling Disney for this does not make sense if it is just a computer system error

or should i call to make sure my reservation is actually on file
 
I had to reply if for no other reaon than I got rear-ended by a jeep on the way home tonight!
The reservations are goofy sometimes. Despite having looked at mine for the past 7 months, I find that they sometimes disappear. once I plug in my reservation number, the rest are usually found and displyed.
Calling never hurts but the reservation is probably booked just find and it's merelaya system glitch.

ya i want to change my name but you cant on this website. i have used this nickname since 97 for everything on the net but i am older now and does not really suite me any more lol :rotfl2:
 
The site has been down off and on all day. And I often find my reservations disappear and I have to hit "update reservations" or "find missing reservation" and then it will load.
 

i just tried the "find missing reservation" but still nothing :( damn technology
 
I have several that I need to cancel. One is a character meal. I hope they get the online issues fixed!!! I leave Friday at 5:00 am!!

The system goes down from time to time, I wouldn't worry. :) If you still can't retrieve the reservation tomorrow I would call CRO just to double check things. You've got your confirmation email so you are safe. :thumbsup2

Just a note that you should be able use Google Voice/Chat to call to the U.S. for free. I also think that Skype gives a free 30 day tril for U.S. calls


I thought this might help those in Canada that needs to be able to call Disney.

I just wanted to sign in so I can add my flight info to it, but I guess I still have some time to do that.

and I have a few dinner reservations and I can see that I just can’t see anything about the resort stuff
