I really don't think it was making enough money considering the amount of space it took up. I mean $500 to drive a few laps. Rip off. If it was making money there is no way they would tear it down. They could expand the parking lot in other directions.

to be honest a road course would be far more awesome~while the current track is fun but small. I sure hope the employees can be transfered to Daytona or the parks. I hope they can build the road course.

Can't see a need for more parking at the MK lot. I doubt its ever full (with the possible exception of Christmas and NYE) as every time I drive past it (probably 2-3 times a week) its no where near full.

The speedway will be used as temporary parking while the whole TTC gets new parking structures for the next 8 years

But on Christmas Day after they close the parking lot which results in gridlock along World drive all the way back to the EPCOT lot, and then your bus ride from POR to DAK takes more than 1 hour as you are crawling through the EPCOT gridlock

Actually, the most needed transportation improvement at MK is a faster/more efficient means of getting the busses in and out the MK bus stop. (Especially with the crawl by the Poly on the way out)
