We have PAPs at WDW and USO.
There are two things that make me go to WDW before US.
1) Having to walk through the parking area and CityWalk just to get anywhere. (Not convenient)
2) US charges what I think is an outrageous price for front of the line passes. If it was a reasonable expense we would go. But rather than wait in line, we go to WDW.

I picked WDW...but I've never been to Universal, maybe one of these trips we'll head over there.

Haven't ever been to Universal. I am not a fan of theme parks, I am a fan of Disney WDW is a totally immersive experience that goes beyond "rides". Maybe they have that at Universal, maybe not, but whatever they have, it ain't Disney
