If not, you need to call Disney and have the CM change the date.
Same situation. Tix are dated tomorrow, 3/13, 7dPH. I have no idea when we'll reschedule for. Must I act today, or do they keep their value if never used?I bought tickets through Undercovertourist. If I need to change my trip because of the Corona outbreak how to I move the dates on my tickets?

Disney is pretty locked down right now when it comes to making changes. I'm not sure what you're trying to do is possible at this time.Trying to change dates on a ticket currently dated 11/8-11/10/20, but can't see how to do that in the app. Any help is appreciated!
Oh, shoot. I knew I couldn't buy a new ticket, but didn't realize I wouldn't be able to modify oneDisney is pretty locked down right now when it comes to making changes. I'm not sure what you're trying to do is possible at this time.
Were your tickets extended to expire 9/26/2021? If so, no need to change dates.Trying to change dates on a ticket currently dated 11/8-11/10/20, but can't see how to do that in the app. Any help is appreciated!
Yes, but was trying to change them to an earlier date - September 2020.Were your tickets extended to expite 9/26/2021? If so, no need to change dates.
I’m not sure the start date matters on extended tickets. Assuming you also have a Sept resort reservation, did you try to make a park reservation?Yes, but was trying to change them to an earlier date - September 2020.
Yes, and it wouldn't let me make the park reservations - it said it couldn't find a ticket, so I'm thinking it's because the resort reservation (and the park ressie I was trying to make) were before the ticket date.I’m not sure the start date matters on extended tickets. Just want to confirm that tickets I bought for November 2021, can actually be changed to any date in the future if we can't end up going then? And then I just pay the difference if tickets prices had increased (say I move them to NYE week December 2022)? I am in this situation currently and am getting concerned with the possible "need vaccine to travel" talks.
Just be sure to keep a record of the ticket numbers or confirmation number from when you bought them and/or the receipt. Apparently when the November dates pass without your using them, they'll disappear from your MDE. The MDE CMs are supposed to be able to see them, but it's helpful if you can give them some kind of number for them to look it up.@ML_LovesDisney. Yes, that is correct. If you do not use the tickets for Nov2021, you can use that credit towards new tickets and pay any extra if needed for the new dates.
