"Lettuce and Tomato,Heinz 57 And French Fried Potatoes"

Where/What is Rosie's at DHS? I don't think I know that place, but that burger sounds tasty!
It is a "food stand" on Sunset Boulevard at Hollywood Studios close to the entranceway to Rock n' Roller Coaster.

It is named for "Rosie the Riveter" from the World War 2 era in keeping with Hollywood Studios' 1940s/1950s theme.:)

Is it on the left as you walk to RnR? In the area that kinda looks like an open air market with the picnic tables?

I won't say the current Disney burgers are good, but compared to the original days of Disney burgers - they've come a LONG way!

While I did like the pineapple burger at the Terrace in Adventureland, the "special sauce" at Pinocchios was scary!!! One of my sorority sisters had worked there one summer and said it was basically ketchup mixed with 1000 Island dressing. It was horrible!

Isn't that McDonald's special sauce for their Big Macs?

Definitely a case of "When Ignorance is Bliss" :rotfl2:

Yes,that's it.:thumbsup2

Be sure to check out the World War 2 Victory Garden behind Rosie's.

It has real vegetables growing in it.:)Hardly anyone ever notices it.It is a great example of the amazing detail Disney puts into their parks.:)

MMmmmm.....burgers........:thumbsup2 I LOVE a burger! While I prefer the burgers at TS restaurants since they're on a "regular" bun. I don't HATE the wheat bun at QS places. I actually booked Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch on my next trip based on a picture I saw in a dining review of the burger there. Looks divine!!!

I thought it was only us. During our last trip to WDW the hamburger buns were changed to multigrain, ended up just eating the beef. That was 2 yrs ago, is it still the same? Went to Waves @ Contempory, they offered multigrain pancakes, thankfully regular was offered after we kindly expressed our opinion.

In 1996 my kids were so happy with the old snack bar @f the Contemp. They offered regular hamburgers, hot dogs, chile dogs, and the likes....

I was at WDW in December 2010 and the counter service locations still have the whole wheat buns.

Oh so sad.............thank you for answering. You mentioned counter service, how about park restaurants?
