I never experienced Pleasure Island but the place on Citywalk that could fit that vibe is the Red Coconut Club. I went during Halloween when it was the Cursed Coconut Club and thought the theming was super fun. It was like a parody of Plan 9 from Outer Space.I think City Walk is supposed to be similar but it doesn't have the same vibe. Plus, Jessica Rabbit was on the Pleasure Island sign, and I LOVE Jessica Rabbit.
Same!!!Many differing opinions on this one, but I really was sad when Tapestry of Nations/Dreams ended.

Martin Smith's videos are stunning. A great Tapestry history here.Same!!!
Stephanie was 2yrs old when she saw that the first time - I loved watching her watch it. The music still chokes me up every time I hear it. I still remember exactly where we saw it, what she was wearing and how it was a perfect weather night. Such great memories from so long ago.
Thank you for this DanMartin Smith's videos are stunning. A great Tapestry history here.
Make full screen, up the volume a bit.
Just about anything can be found here.

Me, too.I miss the Hunchback show at MGM. The Adventurers Club. Illuminations. The Jeremy Irons narration on Spaceship Earth.
I agree about Frozen. I liked the ride and the theme fit better when it was about the country of Norway, their people/culture/etc. Also seemed a good fit for Epcot since that area of the park is focused around various countries. Think is it a mistake to retheme rides around popular Disney movies. All of those have a shelf life and eventually need to be redone. Not sure how they are going to redo the Star Wars area since it so specific to those movies once their popularity fades. They already have a white elephant in that tiny Star Wars hotel and not sure what other use they can make of it.
One I don't think anyone has mentioned is the 3D Muppet movie. I am amazed after all these years Disney hasn't at least redone the movie. It hasn't changed in over 20 yrs as I can recall. They spend a ton of money on glitzy new rides and it seems like for a relatively small amount of money they could at least redo that 3D movie.
Tarzan Rocks was my favorite Disney live action show.I miss "Tarzan Rocks" at Animal Kingdom. It was truly a family favorite for us.
