Yew are naht ta vurst to pass dis way!

I think City Walk is supposed to be similar but it doesn't have the same vibe. Plus, Jessica Rabbit was on the Pleasure Island sign, and I LOVE Jessica Rabbit.
I never experienced Pleasure Island but the place on Citywalk that could fit that vibe is the Red Coconut Club. I went during Halloween when it was the Cursed Coconut Club and thought the theming was super fun. It was like a parody of Plan 9 from Outer Space.

Many differing opinions on this one, but I really was sad when Tapestry of Nations/Dreams ended.
Same!!!
Stephanie was 2yrs old when she saw that the first time - I loved watching her watch it. The music still chokes me up every time I hear it. I still remember exactly where we saw it, what she was wearing and how it was a perfect weather night. Such great memories from so long ago.

Martin Smith's videos are stunning. A great Tapestry history here.

Make full screen, up the volume a bit.

reading this thread made me sad that my grandkids won't get to experience these oldies but goodies.

I miss the Hunchback show at MGM. The Adventurers Club. Illuminations. The Jeremy Irons narration on Spaceship Earth.
Me, too.

Spaceship Earth was my favorite but they have ruined it. So much opportunity to show what we HAVE accomplished that was only a dream of the future, but no. The worst part now is the descent. Just AWFUL.

I miss "Tarzan Rocks" at Animal Kingdom. It was truly a family favorite for us.
At MK, I wish the Skyway was still there. I never rode it but it's my idea of the ideal ride, hahaha. Also... MAIN STREET ELECTRICAL PARADE!
At Epcot... Maelstrom, SE with Jeremy Irons, Food Rocks, the entire Life Pavilion (Making of Me, Cranium Command, etc), the entire Morocco pavilion, Lights of Winter.
At Disney Studios... Great Movie Ride, Backlot Tour, Streets of New York. I feel like this is the park that has most "lost its way" from the original vision of what it should be.

Two things, both from Epcot and neither is a ride.

Lights of Winter - Though it was simple it was one of those pleasant "eyes up, jaw's down" presentations.

The one I miss the most - the moving fiber optic lighting in the walkway behind Spaceship Earth as you walked out at night. It was delightful to watch the small children follow the lights in their steps. I freely admit I stopped and joined in. It was simply something whimsical in a nice way. I used this as a mental signpost - I knew that the day I kept on walking and didn't stop it would be then day my inner child was gone. I'm fortunate to say that even though the lights are gone the inner child remains. I still look forward to those moments of whimsy when I can find them.

The original Journey into Imagination with the Dreamfinder. Also the interactive area afterwards was much better then.

Would Love to see Horizons back

Overall I would love to have the original music at the Epcot attractions. Universe of energy with the 2 songs they had. Spaceship Earth with Tomorrow's Child (And Walter Cronkite). Listen to the Land, etc.

Ohh and my most missed....SpectroMagic!!!!

My kids used to love to do this Piggy bank adventure game in Epcot's Innoventions.
We also enjoyed the Sorceror's card game at MK.
I do miss the Maelstrom.
I enjoyed Mr Toad, but I barely remember the details of it.
I miss all the Star Wars memorabilia in the Launch Bay, (there's still some, but not as much,) and totally miss Star Wars weekends. Those were the best, and tons of character meet/greets.
Spectro Magic.
The Tapestry of Nations parade

Maelstrom, definitely. Not to bash the Frozen ride though. I wish I'd experienced the original Figment ride.

Additionally, SpectroMagic and Illuminations.

I agree about Frozen. I liked the ride and the theme fit better when it was about the country of Norway, their people/culture/etc. Also seemed a good fit for Epcot since that area of the park is focused around various countries. Think is it a mistake to retheme rides around popular Disney movies. All of those have a shelf life and eventually need to be redone. Not sure how they are going to redo the Star Wars area since it so specific to those movies once their popularity fades. They already have a white elephant in that tiny Star Wars hotel and not sure what other use they can make of it.

One I don't think anyone has mentioned is the 3D Muppet movie. I am amazed after all these years Disney hasn't at least redone the movie. It hasn't changed in over 20 yrs as I can recall. They spend a ton of money on glitzy new rides and it seems like for a relatively small amount of money they could at least redo that 3D movie.

The Adventurers Club, I still have my two canteens from this place.

Trader Sam's is pretty good, but Id trade it for The Adventurers Club.

Maelstrom, Splash Mountain, the MGM people on the street- they were always interesting.
Universal did similar things, but unfortunately recent cuts seem to have gotten rid of many of them.

And as always, quality food in Epcot with real chefs that actually plan the menu and have daily specials.
On that note - how about actually changing the menus every year for F&W festival (and all the other festivals)

Lastly - bring back the food and wine seminars - that was the only reason to go to F&W after around 2010 as far as I am concerned

MuppetVision 3D has not changed since it iopened in 1991! It was the last thing Jim Henson personally worked on. I do love it, but it could use an update. I'd like to seem them do something like The Muppet Show with multiple sketches that cna be randomly rotated in (like Star Tours), so you could get a different show sometimes.
