Hi  I am from Ontario. Some Walmarts have different things. Mine in Brantford have 12" by 12" realy nice scrapbooks including 10 inserts, glue stick, wavy edge scissors, and one gel pen. All this for only $9.96, yes that is the price. Mine is a dark blue jean material, with a spot for a picture in front.I am jumping :Pinkbounc for joy over this find.

Wow! That is a really great deal. I don't think my WalMart has those but I'm sure going to check.

I AM NORTH OF TORONTO AND MY WALMART IN NEWMARKET ONLY HAS 8X10 BOOKS NO 12X12 IF I EVER MAKE IT TO BRANTFORD I WILL CHECK IT OUT :wave2:

Hi  Dear blondie 7. I was up in Kitchener during that snow storm Saturday. The Walmart at Fairview Mall had them too. My sister-inlaw saw mine today, and now has to go grab one for herself. :wave2: :wave2: :wave2: :wave2: bye for now

The Walmart on Molson Park in Barrie has awesome scrapbooking materials. They have a line called "Daisy Hill". Matching papers, scrapbooks, stickers etc. Each product is $9.96. Beautiful stuff, I have to limit myself to how many times I'm allowed to venture down that isle lol.

Wow, what a deal. I have seen top loading 12 x 12 albums which are nice since they come with the page protectors - a little cheaper than the ones from Michaels. I wonder on the quality - I have been tempted, but have noticed with the ones I have from Michaels that once you start added more pages the book doesn't stay together well and the cardboard strip inside rips. Have you tried to add extra pages yet?

Ohh that's a good point, I've never added any pages yet to my Walmart scrapbooks. I noticed you're planning on going back to WDW in Jan. We're going back Jan 07. What do you think the weather will be like at that time of year? Also, because it gets darker earlier do the parks still stay open later or do they close earlier ?

:earsboy: :) :earsgirl:

Once anyone adds pages to their Walmart albums - please let the rest of us know what you think!

Angelic Butterfly: We'll be arriving Jan 28th for 2 weeks. We went from Feb 5-19 this past winter. The weather for Feb should be pretty close to Jan, maybe slightly cooler. We lucked out with weather and had a great holiday. Most days we wore shorts as the temps were high 70's or low 80's. Things cooled off quickly at night and you needed pants and a sweater or jacket. We had only a few hours of rain when we woke up one morning, but the rest of the day after 10:00 was great. We also had only 1 day that we wore pants and a sweater during the day. Of course, the Canadians wore this, and those from down south wore parkas and mittens! I scrapped a funny (to me anyways) page about Fort Wilderness with a picture of the CM at the pony rides all decked out for "winter" weather. So, bring clothes for all seasons as you never know, and wear layers. Once when we planned to stay on a cooler day at MGM for Fantasmic we brought warm layers and stashed them in a locker until needed. We'll do that more this trip as I hope to leave the stroller relaxing at FW! The parks do have reduced hours compared to peak times. You'll have to plan a bit to make sure the stuff you want to see is on the day you are going e.g. Spectromagic isn't on every night, neither is Illuminations I think too. Go to the main menu for the DIS and look for a posting of park hours. I printed mine off, but I didn't save the earlier part of Jan. Also, my lesson learned last trip is to check again before you go, and also get any park time info when you check in. There were some changes that did result in a different itinerary for us, but thankfully we didn't have to change ADR's.

How are supplies in the Vancouver area Walmart? We're planning on heading there in August and I want to start making my list :rolleyes1
