Walmart+ (Plus) delivery/free trial with Canadian credit card?

The Walmart+ sign-up page requires a US address, but I was able to up using a random state and a dummy zip code (00000). That address, along with my credit card info, was accepted for the sign-up.

But signing up on the website isn't the same as starting a Walmart+ membership, and Walmart offers a 15-day free trial when doing so. I don't want to waste the free trial in order to find out if this will work with a Canadian credit card.

Has anyone tried?

I did it. The only problem is they canceled the first order because of the cdn card. Then I had to phone the 1800 number. 3 calls later it was fixed and worked. Then it worked fine for the following couple of weeks
