DH had to work today so no Black Friday shopping for me... so instead I made purchase online. I was excited to get a RC air hogs thunder trax for DS, pick up in store. This evening I got a call from the store. They dont have & are cancelling my order. Well of course the Black Friday price was a savings of ~$50. I fussed & fussed & finally asked for a manager. 10 min later lady returns to the phone, manager refuses to talk to me, lady says manager advised not to cancel, just let it sit in the system & itll 'take care of itself' ... to me this means he system will cancel itself if they can't fulfill the order. I'm irate. What can I do? At least they should give me a raincheck to get the item later at the lower price? Anyone have ideas or suggestions? I bought & paid for the item this morning. I feel like the clock is ticking now & I need to figure out what to do...
