Walmart has silk rose petals for .94 cents

Last night DH and I had to run to Walmart to pick up some salt for our backporch (its completely iced over-- our poor little dacshunds cant get down the steps to use the bathroom)...

We walked down the Valentines isle and everything was 1/2 off....

They had a whole lot of silk rose petals in the clear boxes on sale for .94 cents. I believe the colors were pink, red, and ivory. If anyone is interested you might want to snatch them up before they are gone. I know some girls use these for their reception tables.

Dont you love seeing things half off. I love when I go to target or Michaels and they have the dollar section.. for some reason I buy things that I dont need.. My Df says that anyone can make money off of me... I just tell him that I am saving money buying items this cheap, and you never know when you will need them...

So true.. I seriously picked the silk petals up-- and DH gave me those eyes like "what do we need those for"... i slowly put them back down and figured someone else might be able to use them for something other than valentines day!

Just a tip: I bought silk rose petals and bags thinking I could use them for the exit. But you need something that is biodegradable. I don't want anyone to waste the money. We are going to use them now to cover the aisle.
