Wallflower refills on eBay? Doesn't look like a good deal to me

Does anyone really buy the wallflower refills on eBay? I mean other than finding a scent that is no longer available, why would you? You can get them cheaper directly with Bath and Body. Can someone explain this to me?

I dont know the item you are describing BUT I can understand why someone would buy Bath and Body items on EBay. Bath and Body is an American company and does not not have stores in Europe. Therefore people in Europe would not be able to get these items any other way
