Wall collapse at MK?

My ex and kids are in Disney, just arrived today and said that people getting off bus at resort are reporting that there was a wall collapse at MK with people trapped and it is chaos there.

I also have a cousin and other family there and haven't heard from them...anyone hear anything?

doubt it was a real wall maybe one of the construction walls for the mine ride or princess new place but nothing has been on the local news I also just texted a few friends who are cast members and they know nothing of this as yet!

She said that one guy had to pull his wife out from under it. I imagine it's in New Fantasyland, but I thought all the construction was pushed back with other fences keeping people away...

Said people coming off bus at their resort are talking about it.

I did some googling but came up with nothing, although Disney does a good job of keeping a lot of things out of the news. Hopefully it's not as bad as it sounds.

Probably due to the weather.
Crystal Palace was being used as a rain shelter, the parade sped through the route, and outdoor events were canceled.

Rain's incredible, we left Animal Kingdom early, at Magic Kingdom tomorrow so will keep my eyes and ears open about the wall.

There were crews in place putting the temp fencing (where they are constructing new bus stops) back up when we left Magic Kingdom at 5pm.

I just checked in the Advisories section of The Hub, CFNews13, The Orlando Sentinel, and WFTV and none of them is reporting any accident at WDW.

If the accident is a rumor - we will all feel a lot better.
If it is not, I hope no one was hurt. This is a terrible thing!

A small portion of the construction wall near the new bus area blew over in the storm. No one was injured, wall was back up and no issues. A lot of tree limbs down in some areas though.

It was by the busses, we are here now.

The walk fell away from the side walk in towards construction.

Makes sense. Stuff that is no big deal, doesn't usually make the news. Glad nobody was hurt.
