Walkway from Jambo to Kidani?

I've read a few posts about having to take a bus from Kidani to Jambo to get lunch. Is it possible to walk and if so how long would the walk be?

I'd love to know if the walkway is ready yet too. I don't think we'd walk it at noontime in july, opting instead or the buses, but early am or evenings it'd be nice.

Also, is it possible when walking from Kidani to Jambo to exit via a stairwell on the south and down to the walkway, cutting off the need to walk back up to the lobby and back? This might also be useful for catching buses if there's a stairway up to the bus stop level. I realize the stairwells will be locked from the outside.

Yes there is a walkway we used it several times last weekend , it's not a bad walk you can go down the elevators towards the Jambo house side of Kidani to the first floor and the walkway is right trere. I don't know why people who stayed at Kidani don't know that. Hope that helps.

There is a walkway (it wasn't open the first day the resort was, but it was finished by Sunday the 3rd). The walk takes about 10 - 15 minutes from lobby to lobby, depending on your pace. Most people wouldn't have to walk that entire distance because the only rooms open are those on the east end of the building, closest to Jambo, and you can leave from various places in the resort and head out to the walkway.
