Walkway between HRH and PFB?

Is there a walkway between the HRH and PFB? Is it wheel chair accessible? Thanks,

There is a walkway from HRH, but I have never seen the one from PBH. The one from HRH is pretty , long, and curvy.It's wheelchair accessable.

There is an ADA accessible route from PBH to the parks. The running slope may be quite steep in some locations and it's about 4000' to US and farther to IOA.

It goes under the bridge and then continues on to the PBH. I'd say to try it in the morning.
