Walking to Epcot...

Aloha everyone! 1 more month left!!! We will be having our reception at ADH with a dessert party in the UK...Has anyone walked to Epcot from here? How "do-able" was the walk? I'm just scrambling to cut down costs on whatever I can...TIA for any help or suggestions!

yes, i've walked it. it's no more than a half mile maybe? i mean, i like walking it. however, i also wanted to walk from the WP to the GF and noone seemed as down with it as i was! can every single person walk super easily - and in whatever they would be wearing? i guess the weather doesn't matter as if it were raining or something, they wouldn't have fireworks?

i think it really depends on your guests.

Like Sambycat said it is doable and a nice walk but will all your guests manage it/want to do it particularly on full tummies

If you do have people who are older or who have any mobility problems I don't recommend it. I have problems with my legs and I was able to do it on my 'good days' after a lovely batch of painkillers but even then I had to take it very slow.

Thanks for the input! We have two grandmothers that are in wheelchairs. Everyone else is good to go!

It is a nice walk and you could get some lovely photos on the bridge over to where Epcot is. I love that bridge at night, so pretty!

I've never made the walk. I will have to do that prior to the wedding for logistics. I bet it is gorgeous though! I just love that area of Disney!
