How many of you walk for exercise and if so, what tips can you share? I try to walk between 12 and 15 miles a week. My tip would be to drink plenty of liquids, preferably water or health drinks. It's also very important to stretch following your walk. 


I walk with my friends in pe, I walk home alone afterschool, but I walk with my uncle during the summer.
