Walking Distance from HRH ?

I've been lurking here for a while and really enjoy these boards.
I have a quick question for some Universal regulars.

I will be staying at the Hard Rock in a couple of weeks and wondered if there are any stores withing walking distance? I know there is a Walgreens across the street, but how far of a walk would that be? Anything else walkable for a healthy adult? I wont be renting a car.

Yes, you can walk from the HRH or PBH. Here's what is across the street. I'd say it's about 10 minutes. If you want to walk to Hooters, McDonalds, or the gas station to the north, I'd say about 15 minutes. If you want Outback, then it's 20.

While at the HRH last month I walked back from Walgreens. It was a short walk, probably 10 minutes, and I'm not a "fast" walker.
