walking around with Beverages ( & food)

with the mask restrictions, can you walk around the parks drinking a beverage? water/soft drinks /beer? Can you still get beverages from carts or elsewhere to drink around.. like beer? or wine etc?( thinking mostly epcot or animal kingdom? )
& what about food. like popcorn or other snacks>?
and what about Disney springs?

You're supposed to be stationary to eat or drink anything. The reason is that when people drink beverages as they walk, they spend a lot of time walking around the park without their masks on. Fewer carts than usual are open, but there are a few - including a bunch of F&W kiosks at EPCOT.

The parks aren’t hectic right now so it’s kind of nice to stop and enjoy a beverage or snack.

You can walk around with them, but need to be stationary and physically distanced to take the mask off to eat/drink. Epcot has tons of the standing tables for food and wine as well as benches where you can sit around world showcase.

The rule about being stationary to eat/drink makes sense and allows for easier enforcement. I can see people trying to 'game' the system by holding a beverage while walking around the park as an excuse to not wear a mask.

The simple answer is no. You must be stationary when eating or drinking. There are signs at the parks that tell you that.

ok, but can you purchase a beverage/beer from a stand & "walk" with it to someplace else to drink it? even if its walking to a rail ( like around epcots lake) to stop & take down your mask to drink?
I wasnt sure if they were policing it that you cannot take a beverage from point A to Point B, that is must be consumed at point of purchase. water bottles are easy to close, soft drinks have tops on them ( mostly) but Beer is usually a cup with no top..

Yes, you can take a drink or beer ( like in Epcot) and go from A to B as long as you are not drinking it when walking around. Same with snacks like popcorn. You must find a place where you are stationary ( Point B) to drink or eat. In Epcot there are tables scattered throughout where you can enjoy your beer. We go to F&W every year, get a Bass ale and find a table or seat outside to enjoy it.
