Walk time from IG to DHS?

Against my better judgement we are trying to fit dinner at Shulas, Illuminations and OL into the same evening (Sunday in Nov w/ EMH til 10 at DHS.) If we arrived at 9:45 at DHS would they still let us in to see OL? I read that they stay lit after park closing. Thank you!!

1. If you are a WDW resort guest, yes.

2. Many nights, after regular closing time, yes.

But, on PM EMH nights, they might close at the end of EMH.
(End of EMH will already be 2 hours past regular closing time.)
It will be a gamble.

Shula's to IG....are you walking off that awesome steak or are you taking the Friendship boat? Then you would need to watch Illuminations 9PM not sure on the length of the show....15-20 minutes now its 9:20 and from WS even if you watched it from England which is the closest country to IG its about a 15-20 minute walk to HS depending on your pace....so yeah it might be possible to get there by 945 then walk to the Avenue of Americas where OL is another 5-10 so lets say its 9:55 by the time you get there.......... may I suggest trying to see the OL prior to Dinner. they start lighting them at dusk you could have a700 shulas or even 730 had already seen the 1 show or 2 of the OL then go enjoy a meal get out in time to walk or take a boat to IG and see Illuminations.

There is no guarantee that the lights will stay on, on EMH evenings after the 10PM hour

Love this idea, River Country. Thank you! Might be tight if they don't light them until 6 but worth a try! We will be seeing Illuminations earlier in the week, it's my favorite though and I was hoping to see it again. We have never seen OL but since it's the last year we are now leaning in that direction. Worried it will be packed at 6pm since its an EMH day for DHS but guess we'll have to take that chance! Thx again!!

EMH morning or night? It was always packed at 6pm to see the lights turned on. Although the lights stay on for one hour after park closes--they will not let you in during that one hour AFTER it closes. I wonder though-=- do the lights stay on 1 hour after park closes on EMH night hours?

Historically,the O-Lights are turned off promptly at the end of PM EMH.

I would "guess" it is "possible" they may leave them on for a while at the end of PM EMH this year since it is the "Final Wrap".
