Walk-ing Back to Disney! COMPLETED 10/16! A Fall 2014 PTR!

I really love Liz's towel idea! We have never carried one with us - but I can think of many times it would have been very useful. We are now into carrying "as little as possible" - so I wouldn't carry a towel, but I think if you are at the stroller age - it would be a necessity to carry. BTW... Thanks for posting the link to the MB decorating in Mo's PTR... Of course - I HAD to go look... Sigh. LOL D~

You're welcome! Some of those were nuts!! I'm still deciding what we will do to ours, I know we won't buy the "bandits" for them bc I was just reading on another TR how easily they pop off.

I'm thinking I'll paint ours somehow, but probably something simpler? I don't know..I'm with you...sigh.

We will have Frank's EVC and a stroller...... I was planning on bringing a little handtowel too. And we got inflatable pillows for the parade...don't know how well it will shrink back down though...oh well, if it turns into a one time use thing at least we didn't pay much ;) BTW, right now we are planning on doing MNSSHP the same day as you :yay::yay::yay: Maybe we can meet up for a dance party, the girls would love that!!!

We had the stroller and a wheelchair last visit, surprisingly it wasn't that hard to get around! And crowds will be much lower this time too! You also get some good seating at some shows and things, so there's a little perk to make up for how much it may slow you down!

I'm glad to hear about the MNSSHP!! That will be a fun meet! ;) someone else on the Dis is planning on it that night too and I'm trying to remember who... Hmmmmm.

That's good to know! I am more worried about the busses than anything :scared:

Yay!!! I feel a DIS party coming :cheer2:

I absolutely LOVE the way your writing your report!!!

I agree with all your MUST do's... I am thinking about the BBB this time around.. I just don't know yet..

I just wanted to add that my mom came with us one year and used the EVC. when she wasnt running it into me (seriously, bad driver much mom?), it wasnt a big deal. We were there in November and didn't have any problems. We also got to sit with her in the handicapped area for fireworks (awesome view--could feel the heat from illuminations) and go through special lines on rides with her.

We didn't use it on the buses--we were off property that year--but on our last trip we saw several people using them. They just have you drive it up the ramp onto the bus then transfer to a seat and they park it and strap it in. Then they get it undone and you drive it off at your stop. It doesn't take very long and wasnt a big deal. You'll be fine. Plus--that EVC was GREAT for loading up with all our stuff so we didn't have to carry it around...maybe that's why mom kept running into me--she was tired of carrying my stuff?!? :rotfl2:

It's so fun! But pricey...I'll admit, but I found it to be worth every penny!

We got to skip all the lines too, but they recently did away with allowing that, but at least you'll have your FP+ now!

We also didn't have to deal with it on the buses bc my M-I-L rented it in park each day. But it should be fine!

Yea, rope drops not for everyone! Lol! But our kids are early risers as is, so it's not hard for us. They always wake up before us normally and Olivia always says that she gets up "to watch the sun rise" EVERY day! I have weird kids...lol!
Even with early risers I'm still impressed with how many times you guys made it to the parks for rope drop on your last trip. Especially for that EARLY breakfast at Chef Mickey's. :worship:

For you or for Peanut? Or both. I would love to see you all dolled up with a tiara and sash! You would totally rock it. It would make a fun birthday present for Peanut before (I know I shouldn't say this but) she gets "too old" to really love the magic of the princesses.

Haha, I am planning several early breakfasts this time too! Lol! But not that early, that cut it pretty close with the bus service!

Sadly adults can not do BBB :(

We can do PL, or get a sprinkling of pixie dust! I guess they need to save the spots for kids, makes sense since it's so popular.

Warning! Today's post is :offtopic:

So I thought I would do a real-life update! Today was Olivia's birthday party (tomorrow the 9th is her actual birthday) and she had a wonderful Krispy Kreme party!

I, for one, had no idea KK even did parties up until not too long ago, so I thought I'd share! One awesome thing about it was it only cost $100 for up to 12 kids and included activities, goodie bag, decor, donut cake, a tee shirt for the bday kid, and more! How awesome is that! :thumbsup2

Anyway, enjoy!

Here's the invite I texted/facebooked the guests:

Here's some pics from the party today:

And here's what the goodie boxes looked like that I made up! (KK provides some included, but I wanted cuter ones so I asked for Donut Hole boxes and did my own, they did provide me with the few things they would have put in theirs to use!)

Her favorite gifts today included a Snow White dress and some Frozen gear! She had a wonderful day! Hope you enjoyed!

:wave2:

Happy Birthday Olivia!
I had no idea Krispy Kreme did birthday parties, but it looks super fun! I have had Charlotte's last two parites at home. But, it is actually cheaper and sooo much easier to have them at a place. We are going to a local farm for Charlotte's next birthday. It is going to save us about $200 and I don't have to do anything but show up! Score!

Aawww-cute party and what a fun idea! Olivia looks so much older then in your TR pictures! I love the pic of Maddie making her donut--cute! I'm glad Olivia had a great party!

That is the most adorable party ever! I love it!

I cannot believe how much the girls have grown since your trip!!! WOW!!!

Happy Birthday Olivia! <3

Agreed! I always spend waaaay more for parties at home! And I have to clean before and after and prepare every detail...sigh.

Thanks for the birthday wishes!

Hi i have just come over from your too cute trip report. I really enjoyed following your family.

I just wanted to point out that you left a phone number on the invitation and maybe you should block it out. Just a suggestion. I wasnt sure if you realized.

Thanks for your report and i cant wait to read more

I had NO IDEA that they did parties!!!! it looked like a lot of fun. I wish I could let go and have a birthday party somewhere else, but I get way too into the party planning......:hyper: Audrey has been angling for a chuck-e-cheese bday for years :sad2: but I keep talking her into other ones
