walk from dolphin to boardwalk?

we are staying at dolhpin hotel. was wondering if you can walk over to boardwalk to eat? How far is it? can you walk to mini golf? do they have transportation to either or just parks and DD?

Yes,the Boardwalk is just a couple of minutes walk.
The mini golf is just across the street.
There's the motor launch to Epcot and MGM.
There are busses to the other parks.
I don't know about DD,however,I thin k there's probably a bus. But you could either call a taxi or take a bus to one of the resorts and take a DD bus from there. The Beach Club and the Boardwalk Inn are right next door and just a walk away.
We stayed at the Dolphin in November and it's a fabulous hotel. In May,we're trying the Swan.

Hi,
Just a short 5 - 10 min. walk from the Dolphin, and you'll be at the Boardwalk.

I think the easiest way to walk to the mini golf is from the front of the Swan, then cross the street. Not far at all.

Disney Friendship Boats go to Epcot and MGM (stops at yacht/beach club & boardwalk), or you can walk to same.

Disney busses go to MK, AK, DTD & water parks.

It's a great resort!

From the International Gateway entrance/exit, it is a 5 minute walk to the Boardwalk.

Fantasia Gardens is just a few minutes from you. I've walked the BW hundreds (hundreds!) of times just for exercise, and it's convenient to so much. I did put a walk up of the BW, which shows a bit how to get to Fantasia Gardens as well:

I also have up the MGM to Epcot walk, which is about a mile in total. You are only steps from the Boardwalk from the Swan and Dolphin, maybe a 10 - 12 minute walk from the IG.

from Dolphin to the start of the board walk couldn't be more that 3-5 minutes if that! We can walk to MGM in 20 or Epcot in 15. We almost never use the boats, if we do we take the boat from Epcot to the boardwalk (first stop) get off and walk to the Dolphin.....and easily beat the boat.

Not a bad walk at all from the BW to the Dolphin, I've even done it in high heels!

When we stayed at the Dolphin sometimes we would get off the boat at BW and do some shopping and then walk to the Dolphin which is right around the corner. I am a slow walker because of foot problems but I never had a problem walking from BW to Dolphin and it only took a couple of minutes.

It is very easy to walk from the Dolphin to Boardwalk and Epcot. It is a little longer of a walk to MGM but on a nice day it is really nice.

The only time that I take the boat to Epcot or MGM when I stay at Swan/Dolphin is when I am traveling with my mom since she has bad knees and I rather her be able to walk around the parks without getting too tired.
