I just went to Walgreens - all of their Christmas stuff is 75% off. They had the 2ft tall (maybe 3 ft?) inflatable Disney snowglobes for $6.50 (regularly $24.99) and the inflatable (large) Disney characters for $5 (regularly $19.99). There were also lots of other items. Of course next Christmas I will forget about everything I bought today
