Wal-Mart.com Returns

I returned something I purchased through Wal-Mart.com and MyPoints.

They were SUPER QUICK (24 hours) in taking the points back, but still havn't posted the money back to my check card. (About a week).

I knew the points would probably go away, but geez, they could have at least processed my refund with the same speed.

I just made my return to my local walmart store. I never had my points taken back. I ordered two leap pads for my daughters and for some reason Walmart sent and charged me for a third. They came on two seperate days. This was all before Christmas.

Since this was a custom order class ring, I had to return it through Wal-Mart.com :-(

Unfortunately, that is probably the standard with reward programs...quick to take away, but takes forever to receive!!

I made a purchase thru walmart.com (in Dec) and then tried to cancel it but it had already been shipped. So I returned it as CS told me to, postage paid. I was told I'd get a full refund, including shipping. The refund for the items was put thru quickly but the shipping was not. I had to call just last week about the shipping refund. Supposedly the CS person was doing it as we spoke.

I'd give them a call about your refund.
