So my FIL did some of the early morning classes - I'm not sure what time they actually occurred...but I preferred being outside and walking Deck 4 at 6AM...it was beautiful to watch the sunrise in the morning. I walked a mile each day (except the last one and the day of the 5K). Also, I avoided the elevators.Has anyone gone to this exercise program? What's it like? What time does it start? We are going on the Eastern Caribbean Fantasy Cruise, Feb 8-15 and are looking for ways to stay fit while enjoying ALL. THAT. FOOD!
