Waitlisting for half of your vacation week?

We have 7 nights booked at BCV in March. I would like to waitlist for VGF for just the last 3 nights of that week. Will MS cancel my whole week at BCV if the VGF comes through? I do not want to risk losing the BCV nights. I have used the waitlist several times, but never splitting up a week.

They will only cancel the dates at the old resort that you are now getting from the waitlist. When you call to set up the waitlist tell them what you want to waitlist and that if the waitlist comes through to cancel the existing days at the old resort and replace with the new resort. If the number of points needed is not the same you will either have points returned to your account or have the extra points taken from your account. Enjoy your vacation and good luck!

I would call to be sure it is setup correctly.

The 2 choices are:

Select to Replace Existing Booking
No, don't replace an existing booking if Waitlist request is confirmed.
Yes, replace an existing booking if Waitlist request is confirmed.
