Waitlist

I have a reservation for 4 nights at SSR for July 1st to 5th but I would like to move to BLT for the last 2 nights but there is no availability.
I have put in a wait list request for those nights but when doing this the website asked if I wanted to replace an existing reservation so I said yes. But I don't want to replace the entire reservation just the last two nights.
Am I right to think that only those two nights will be replaced?
I don't want to end up homeless the first two nights if the waitlist comes through!

Better call MS and have the CM note on your waitlist exactly what you want to have happen. Otherwise there is a very good chance you will lose the first two nights at SSR if that BLT waitlist works.
