Waitlist success!

Not posting this to brag, but more to give hope to those who keep hearing how tough it is to get into places at peak times. Our waitlist came through last night for BLT for 11 nights in a 1 bedroom (LV) during F&W festival! We'll be there from October 6-17. We were booked at OKW, which we love, but really wanted to stay at BLT this time. DH has never gotten to stay at our home resort!

I'm super excited because it'll be our first trip with our new baby - who'll be around 8 weeks at the time, so staying on the monorail is a HUGE bonus for us!

I also had 100% success with dining this time too (which I've always had luck with). Booked Ohana and BoG, and had the option to do Le Cellier but passed it up in favor of Flying Fish...all on the nights I wanted

Congrats! I love hearing about long-shot waitlists that come through.

We're hoping for just 2 nights (a Sunday and Monday) in October at BWV in a standard 2BR. I'm not holding my breath, but for some reason, I check the website every day to see if a miracle happened. We are booked in a 2BR at Kidani Village so if the WL doesn't come through, I will still be in my happy place.

My waitlist came through yesterday for the final night of a weeklong stay at AKL in August. So glad we will not have to change rooms on the last evening

My 7 months was today and of course none of the resorts I wanted were available so I put on a wait list for 5 nights at BCV and VWL. Within 2 hours my wait list came through for VWL. Yeah!! I can't wait to see it all decorated for Christmas!

3 weeks ago we had our two wait lists came through for Boardwalk. Both came with in a few days of each other, the requests were on file for at least 2 months. The first was for the 2nd week of June for 5 days, after we disembark the Fantasy. The second was for 3 days in October (F&WF) after we finish up a 4 day cruise on the Dream. Between Boardwalk & BCV we love the easy access to EPCOT & HS as well as some pretty good restaurants.
