Just want to make sure I am doing this correctly. Home resort is SS and would like 4 nights at BCV and 4 nights at Poly..Do I just place 2 waitlists OR reserve at SS and just attempt to modify? Also I have 2 contracts, will it let me have 2 wait lists per contract? TIA!

Do you already have two separate SSR reservations for four nights each? I would first start there so you at least have some place on WDW to stay if you are unable to secure your desired resorts in the 7-month window. I would ensure something is different between your two SSR reservations like guest names (you can leave someone off for now) so they don't automatically get merged. It's not common, but it has happened. Once the 7-month window opens, try modifying each reservation on your own if the room is available. If not, setup an individual waitlist for BCV to replace the first SSR reservation and a second waitlist for PVB to replace the second SSR reservation.

If you have two contracts, but one membership, you only get two waitlists. Multiple contracts would remain in the same membership if they are the same UY and deeded exactly the same. Once you change deeded names or UY you create a new membership.

ok..thank you! I do not have anything booked at SS but if I do it is for 10 nights to use the points (400). If we get the 8 nights that we would like (4 night at BCV and 4 nights at Poly) ...that would be 424. should I book the 10 nights at SS or just 8?

I would book your SSR in two sections. 4 nights and 4 nights so that you can modify each one at 7 months to the resorts you want.

If you will go for 10 nights if you don’t get the other resorts, then book those two as a third reservation.

Then, at 7 months, try and switch each 4 night SSR to the resort you want and if not available, waitlist that resort.
