Waitlist SCREWED up!!!!

Argh!
I had 4 rooms booked at AKV Jambo for Sept. 09 ...1 2bed standard view, 2 studio values, and another studio booked for 4 nights standard and 1 night value.
We waitlisted for a 5th night standard view at Jambo. Came through today but it's one night at Kidani not Jambo. So we lost the value room and they have no standards available. We have a child in a wheelchair staying with my mom in this room and they expect now to have her in a completely separate building??
I went over waitlist with the CM too!!! it was 1 night????
I am beyond angry.... why do we pay dues again???

In the very least, write a e-mail to the membersatisfaction team. You should get some satisfaction there. My most recent waitlist experience went bad....but Member Services gave me something for the nights, and then Joy at the Member Satisfaction Team (I think it may be called Communication Team now) made it much better. It still isn't what I originally had, but it was better than what MS came up with.

PS. My waitlist came through and caused the mess just 6 weeks out from our vacation, this coming June. Since you have a longer time between when you are going, I'll bet it can/will be fixed for you!pixiedust:
