Waitlist Question

Hi, We are staying at BWV 5/30-6/2. We are waitlisted for 6/3-6/5.We are staying in the garden pool view. Do I need to call and see if we are waitlisted for any available room type or is that automatic? TIA!!

I called today about something else, Ms said," Oh, I see where your waitlist has come through". I had just put it on Monday. I was so shocked!! I would call. She gave me 2 hours to let her know. I called right back!

We have found out the same way on most of our waitlist.

We are waitlisted for 5/12-5/15 at BWV. I am hoping for the same luck.

I would call daily as you get to the 2 week mark. We were waitlisted for a GV at OKW for our trip this past Nov, and I called daily from 2 weeks before we left. Thankfully, the rooms opened up, but it was all I could think about for weeks!!! No matter what, you will have a majical time!

I hear ya. I think I will call daily at that point, and esp. at the 7 day since the waitlist disappears. Is it overkill to call everyother day at this point?

I would call them if I were you.

If you were not specific with MS earlier, they will only have you waitlisted for garden view (preferred) rooms. If you want, they will also mark you as waitlisted for standard view rooms as well as for rooms other than the size you requested; e.g., a studio or two-bedroom instead of a one-bedroom.

With so many options, especially at BWV, you really need to tell MS how many you want waitlisted.

By the way, did you bother to waitlist at BCV as well? Being in the same area, you might end up getting there 6-3 to 6-5 instead of at BWV. Just a thought...
