Waitlist question

We are surrently waitlisted and have a quick question. Do we need to call to stay on the wait list at the 30 or 31 day mark? Also, I think I read somewhere that the "slate is cleaned " at the 30 day point for all those on the wait list. Is this true and if so how does the wait list work at that point? How is it determined who gets their request over the next person if you both have the same dates requested? I hope this makes sence and thank you in advance for your responses.

Yes, at 30 days before the waitlist is cleared and you will need to call to be placed back on it. At 7 days, it is eliminated completely and you'd need to call to check for availability.

When you call at 30 days to be placed back on the list, your position on the list will be determined by the order in which you called. In addition, those who have asked for daily/autoconfirm will usualy get their individual days before someone who has waitlisted for their entire stay.
