Waitlist....How Long?

I'm on a waitlist for one day of my 1st trip home to OKW in October and I was wondering.....how long has it taken others to get the confirmation of a waitlist day(s) going through? I know it varies, but just wondering.

I was told last week by MS that when the 60 day window opens up, there is more chance for them to get rooms from CRO. Also, your waitlist is at OKW, the largest resort, if I have a guess, I would think you would get in within the next 30 days.

I was put on the waitlist for 1 day for my Reservation in September for an OKW GV and i did not book till May.

I was on list for one br at BCV for Oct 26 for seven weeks, came in on July 1st.

I was on list for OKW-studio for Oct 23, for one week at the end of June.

Good luck, I would think you would have a better than average chance of getting this one......

I was on the waitlist for a 2BR at OKW for Aug 5th. I made the ressie in late June. 6 days later I got a call the the waitlist had come thru. Good luck!

We were waitlisted for a 2 bedroom at OKW for 3 days in October last month, and it came through the next day I think yours will come through. Just hang in there

Hi!

We have always had a waitllist come through, but just today my sister called and wanted to join us at the BCV for 2 nights and I there is nothing available anywhere at any of the DVC places! We have a 1-bedroom and would like to change it to a 2-bedroom for 2 nights so ideally a lock-out studio/1bedroom would be ideal. Member services said to keep calling because once your date hits the 7 day before your arivval window there is no more waitlist. So just to give you hope, I will keep calling and let you know what happens. You never know with a little pixie dust what might happen!

BTW - does anyone have a studio for nights of August 10 and 11 out there - ? OK guys, it was worth a shot!!
