Waitlist disappeared from dashboard

I booked OKW my home resort for F&W, then, yesterday, I added a waitlist for BCV studio, and BWV garden or pool studio. By mid afternoon, BCV was gone from dashboard, by end of the day, BWV was also gone from dashboard. They both still show when I hit waitlist button. In the past, this has usually meant that waitlist was matched. Today, both waitlists are still gone from dashboard, no email or anything yet. Is it still a good thing when waitlist disappears from dashboard?

Hard to say, I don't trust the website. Check your reservations.

I had exactly the same experience this past week. I had two active waitlists (for the same dates) listed on my dashboard, and then one of them disappeared. When I clicked on my "waitlists" it showed up there, so I didn't panic or anything.

A couple of days after it disappeared from the dashboard, I called MS because I needed to remove one day from the waitlist reservations. It was then that she told me the waitlist had been matched. She made the correction I needed and gave me the reservation number. Immediately afterwards the website was updated with the new reservation.

If you're curious, give MS a quick call and ask. Fingers crossed for you!

Update... I called member services this am, and was told both BCV and BWV had been matched, and they asked which one I wanted. I took the BCV reservation. Dates were 10/6 to 10/10. I've never had an Epcot resort reservation for F&W matched so quickly, this is great!
