Waitlist came through, but now I can't get into OLCI?

DVC usually works just fine for me. Last night, my waitlist came through that bumped me up from OKW to RR for a late May res.

I can log into the main site just fine and get to my dashboard. I see the res listed, and I can successfully open "View/Modify Details". But when I click on "Start Check-In" for my res, the site asks for my login again. And when I type it in again, the page just refreshes and asks for the login again.

I've tried getting in using three different browsers on my PC and three different browsers on my iPad.

Can't tell if I'm doing something wrong, if something on my account is messed up, if it's because I'm more than 60 days out or if there's some other problem on Disney's end. With call volumes being so high lately, I'd rather figure it out myself if I could vs. sitting on hold for a long time.

Anyone else having similar problems? Anyone know what the problem may be and if it's possible to fix myself?

Honestly, I would just wait a day and try again. Just seems like an IT glitch. Surprising, right?

Thx. I kinda forgot I WL'd that.

If it's not in MDE, I would link it in MDE using the confirmation number and then try online check in.

You were right. Even though the original OKW res was in my MDE, the new RR res wasn't showing up for some reason. Thank you!

I can't access my Dashboard at all. It's been like that for several days. Anyone else?
 
My go-to in any situation like this is to try in a new incognito/private browser window. May not work but worth a try.
