Waitlist at Less Than 31 days?

I was on the phone today with Memember Services and the Cast Member told me at 31 days you had to start calling daily for the waitlist?

I thought you only had to renew it at 31 days and call daily below 7?

Help! I'm confused now

The CM was wrong. You can stay on the waitlist until 7 days prior. It has worked for me before. Call back and get another CM.

Just be careful, if the wait list is for a unit that requires less points and you "switch" less than 31 days before arrival. Those "saved" points will go into holding.
