Waitlist at GCV

Anyone been on waitlist for studio at GCV? Any luck getting room?

I'm on a GCV waitlist for June 20th-25th, been on it for a while. I know I am not going to get it.

I was on the waitlist for GCV studio for a few months seeking dates in mid-Sept. By phoning in, I was offered one night of three I desired -- but never more than the 1 night. I ended up canceling my waitlist and booking the Disneyland Hotel on cash reservation instead.

FWIW, I was twice offered a 2BR unit for the entire 3-night stay!

I have always thought it wasn't the best decision to build dedicated 2 BR's at such a small resort. Oh well.

Those were my exact dates! D23 event, perhaps? I had a 1BR booked for the first two nights ... and a studio kept appearing for the last night. I didn't want the split stay reservation.

That's it! As soon as I found out the dates I called to book and they did not have any studios available.
