Waiting on quotes for Dec '06

We finally decided that next christmas would be spent with Mickey Mouse!!! We have put in for two quotes, one through Dreams Unlimited and the other, Small World. We are planning 12/22-12/27 of '06 at the Contemporary with Magic Kingdom view. Once we get the quotes back, we will start payments. I am sooo excited. We went for the first time this past june/july and I can't wait to see it at christmas. any advice on either of these TA?
