OK I just have to blow some of this whatever I have that is making me feel crazy! I been waiting and waiting for my guide to call me. OK yes maybe I am being impatience but gee-sh! I left a message on Tues. and Wed. I just want to find out if we can be approved for financing...230 points for AKV! I just want to know so I can move on with my life! LOL! Move to the next step the down payment. Hey I got an idea if your guide is bored and has nothing to do right now. Have them call me so they can get the process started Just kidding well maybe not

call ms - if you don't know your contract number - not a problem - they can do with your member number - don't know it - they can sometimes look it up with SSN.

Not getting a call back in THE SAME DAY is not acceptable in my book. I would call back and ask for someone that can help you NOW. Seriously, this is a huge purchase and you deserve someone's full attention now. Good luck

I am sorry but I disagree, I think it is unacceptable to demand to be helped now. There are many reasons that a guide cannot return a phone call the same day. They have other clients, and they may be off or out sick. If they are off their voice mail would say it but if they got sick then it wouldn't. I had every intention of going to work today when I left last night, well my stomach decided I shouldn't go to work and I have been home all day.

No he is there the lady on the phone said that he was on a tour and that I should hear from him by 11am it is now almost 3pm....

Great! I do think that some guides are more attentive than others. Mine is very accessible, especially through email which is great!

He even emailed me on Sunday, when he was home sick, just to tell me that he was out of the office and home sick and would contact me the next day.

It made me add on more points than I originally planned so I guess he is doing his job... hopefully, I get the same attentiveness after we close!!!
