Waiting for the Contemporary Resort

Did you read the link posted above containing the application to the Water Department dated 11/6/2006 for Contemporary Resort Villas by Disney Vacation Club? I don't think it's rumor any more, it just hasn't been officially announced yet. Why can't DVC be building 2 resorts at the same time? Or maybe they are expecting AKV to sell quickly, who knows.

Did not read link but just back and there is a heck of a lot of work going on there, I don't see why DVC would be involved in the permits if it's not a DVC project. They were already working on SSR before BCV was finished, But SSR was not sold until BCV was sold out.
